Harper's Salon, thrives on providing each and every client who walks through our doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their salon experience. Please keep this in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Cancellations and Bookings

Our Salon Policy

At Harper's, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of.  

We repectfully request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. 

When booking online you are required to pay a deposit. 

Booking fees are non refundable. However if you provide us with 24hours notice of cancellation, the booking fee will be used against your next appointment.

Please note the final price may vary based on additional services to achieve your desired result.

Tardiness

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to our staff and other clients at Harper's by making sure you arrive on time for each appointment.

If you are late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time.

If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers. Thank you!
